Bullying is a behavior, and like many behaviors it takes a conscious, deliberate, continued effort to change it.

The International Anti-Bulling Association partners with schools to help establish and run an effective anti-bullying program, certifying schools, on a yearly basis, that they are actively working towards a bully free environment by implementing anti-bullying measures.

Based on over 20 years of research our programs take a holistic approach on how to solve the bullying problem and incorporate the most effective psychological tools and techniques to bring about the change in school so many students, teachers and parents are eager to see.

Effective solutions

At anti-bullying Association we believe that bullying can only be effectively reduced with an active and continued involvement from school administrators, parents and the community at large.

We see ourselves as partners in this important quest, providing schools with effective tools to deal with bullying.

  • Testing: How large is my bullying problem? Is the school effectively dealing with bullying problems. To answer these questions we field standardized test. These allow us to establish a reference point for your school.
  • Monitor: How is my bullying problem evolving over time? Are my anti-bullying efforts effective? What do I need to change? We test over time to answer these questions.
  • Effective Policy: What are the rules? How will the school deal with a bullying case? Who are the decision makers? What happens if somebody is wrongly accused? We offer turn key anti-bullying policies that establish clear enforceable rules and sanctions.
  • Trained Teachers: How should I deal with a bullying situation? What should I tell the bully? What should I tell the victim? We offer effective workshops based on over 20 years of research that help train teachers and school staff to better prevent and handle bullying at schools.
  • Raise awareness and empower: Potential victims and bullies benefit from our engaging and enriching anti-Bullying workshops. Our lessons help vulnerable children learn to assert themselves more effectively and teach the potential bullies how to get their needs met in other ways.
  • Oversight: All programs to be effective need to be backed by an active and engaged school community that oversees implementation of anti-bullying program. We can help in supporting the implementation and continued success of the program.
  • Community: At the end, it is all about creating safe, thriving school communities for all children.
